In this section you will find helpful information about our online booking platform.

 
At Baden Airpark, the parking area P14 and the unrestricted parking lot P17 are currently available for online booking. 

Prepayment

By selecting prepayment and reserving a parking space, you have concluded a binding rental contract for the period you have selected upon receipt of our order confirmation. The rental fee for this has been paid by you in advance and will not be refunded in the event that you do not use the parking space during the rental period or only use it for a shorter period.

If you choose the prepayment booking method, the parking fee to be paid will be collected at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice as a PDF with this e-mail.

How can I drive in and out?

To enter, hold the QR code of the HomePrinted ticket sent to you during the online reservation process to the reader at the barrier. You will then receive a parking ticket, which you validate at the pay machine before leaving. 

Can I change my booking?

You have the option to change your booking once. To do this, please call up your booking as a registered customer in the "My account" menu or as a non-registered customer under "Change booking without login" using your e-mail address and booking number or zip code and click on "Edit booking" for the relevant booking to change your entry or exit times. Please note that this service is available to you once per booking and, in accordance with the GTC, no costs will be refunded for a shortened parking period. 

Can I also use my booking if the parking space is 'occupied'?

If you have booked a parking space in an occupied parking garage, you can still enter with your HomePrinted ticket (QR code). You are guaranteed that a parking space is free for you, even if the display shows 'occupied'. If you have any problems at the entrance or exit, please contact us using the call / help button!

What can I do if I have not received a booking confirmation?

If you have not received a booking confirmation by e-mail, we would first ask you to check your spam folder. If you have not received a booking confirmation, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service at baden-airpark@apcoa.de.
